We are the property management company for all multi-family housing that is built by Meadows Construction Company.  Located in Fort Smith, AR, our corporate office centrally provides the management support for each on-site manager.

Southwest Resources Group, Inc. currently provides management for over 1,000 units that are located in Arkansas.  Cities represented are Fort Smith, Russellville, Van Buren, Arkadelphia, Beebe, and soon to be Searcy.  Our management team is committed to customer service excellence.  We strive for high standards of professionalism, integrity, ethics, and respect.

Our communities are built with the residents in mind by improving on each location the amenities we provide.  Our newer clubhouses offer a wide array of amenities, including:  fitness center, tanning bed, pool table, computer room, and outdoor basketball court and swimming pool.  In addition, some of our communities offer fully furnished corporate housing with varied term options available.  Each apartment home community has on-site management, maintenance, and courtesy officer personnel to meet any need that may arise for our residents.
