Southwest Resources Group, Inc. is the management company which coordinates all on-site requirements of each facility. Priorities include: maintaining high occupancy rates, maintenance and care of grounds and structures, and providing residents with the best possible on-site management.

However, Southwest Resources Group, Inc. is part of a much bigger picture.  Meadows Construction Company, which has been in the Meadows family for over half a century, handles all aspects of the construction of each of our properties.  Mr. Meadows began in the home building business, but has since focused on the development of multi-family properties.

Meadows Construction Company has built numerous communities. Southwest Resources Group, Inc.  is currently managing many of these properties and can't wait to add The Flats in Searcy, AR to their portfolio upon its completion.
